Pickup Information

Pickups are by appointment only. Please visit the link in your invoice to schedule your pickup. Please do not request an appointment before the auction ends. Pickup appointments may be scheduled between 8:30am and 2:45pm Friday, Monday, and Tuesday following the Thursday auction ending. All auction winnings must be paid for and picked up within two weeks of the auction ending. Payment is due at the time of pickup. We will only accept cards, no cash or check.

PLEASE COME TO THE FRONT ENTRANCE OF 4591 UNIVERSITY DRIVE FOR ALL PICKUPS!!

Staff will assist in loading if nesseccary but reserves the right to refuse. Fork lift is available on site for loading pallet purchases. BidEVV is not responible for any damages to personal property during loading process. Please arrive in appropriate vehicle to pick up winnings. Buyer is responsible for securing their loaded vehicle, straps, tie-downs, and/or weatherproofing materials.
