Pickup Information

Pickups are by appointment only. Please visit the link in your invoice or the make appointment tab on the website to schedule your pickup. Please do not request an appointment before the auction ends. Pickup appointments may be scheduled between 9am-4:45pm Friday, Monday and Tuesday following the Thursday auction ending. All auction winnings must be paid for and picked up in a timely manner.

Staff will assist in loading if necessary but reserves the right to refuse. Fork lift is available on site for loading pallet purchases. BidHendo is not responible for any damages to personal property during loading process. Please arrive in appropriate vehicle to pick up winnings. Buyer is responsible for securing their loaded vehicle, straps, tie-downs, and/or weatherproofing materials.
